Se realizó la corrección de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-246/03, toda vez que por un error mecanográfico se confirmó una sentencia de instancia del Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Girardot del 14 de noviembre de 2002 cuando se debió confirmar la sentencia proferida el 2 de Diciembre de 2002 por el Juzgado Sexto Laboral de Medellín.
En consecuencia, la corrección quedó en los siguientes términos: “Primero.
CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 2 de diciembre de 2002 por el Juzgado Sexto Laboral de Medellín, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia”.
